You can go to the USDA website at http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do;jsessionid=B0904997ADEE2035957D92BF952734E5 and put in actual addresses - the site will tell you if they're USDA eligible. After that, please contact me about applying for a USDA loan. Marty Stern 707-364-4115, HomeStreet Bank

Marty has given you the website that can help you search properties to see if they are USDA loan eligible. Sometimes one can be pleasantly surprised to find a home in a particular part of the central coast is indeed eligible. However, it is good to be qualified for other types of loans as well since many more homes are not USDA loan eligible. Some lenders such as us provide grants and down payment assistance to help people buy homes who do not have a lot of savings to cover down payment and closing costs.
