Yes.. but it depends on which loan product you have now.. FHA loans for example do not require a credit check at all.. while other loan programs will go as low as 600. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Hektor, Some lenders allow credit scores down to 580. It really depends on the other details of your scenario. If you want to post some more specifics, you may get some lenders contacting you with options.

It's possible, but you'll have a lot more options if you can improve your score to at least 620. I have a blog on this site "First Steps" that may help guide you to that. You'll also get a much better rate with a higher score. Good luck!

yes you can refi with as low as a 580 but that would be an FHA loan which has up front mortgage insurance and monthly mortgage insurance regardless of loan to value. You need to have a mortgage pro take a look at the complete scenario and once they are fully aware of the situation and your goals they will put together a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.

Yes you can refinance with a low score. Main concern is that it will help your situation and that you have no lates in the last 12 months. You can also reduce principal if you have an underwater mortgage from 2009 or earlier.Rocke 520-886-7283

Yes, but it will depend on your entire credit picture. Also, you will be limited on the type of loan you will be able to receive. I suggest speaking with a local loan officer to see what your options are. You may need to make a few calls to find a lender who can offer you a loan at that score, but they are out there. If you click the top right Community tab you will be able to search for lenders in your area. Best wishes, Sean
