EVERYTHING has tighten up on the lending side, and with 25 yrs experience in the industry, I still am getting my loans approved. I have taken all of the guideline classes and I am up to date.. but i need more information.. my email is lwintersteen@mprousa.com

Mortgage guidelines are very strict, especially the documentation requirements for income and assets
