are fha 203k loans given for 713 credit scores?
i know that's not exactly low but thought the requirements might be tougher for the renovation product. wanting a fixer upper and to also add a deck. debt to income is about 31% but i just used a basic calc. my income is 65K gross per year. first time buyer. thak you. by normcastro389989563 from North Augusta, South Carolina. Yes you can get a 203K or 203K streamline if the repairs are 35K or under.
