Most major banks will be open the day after Thanksgiving, smaller lenders may not be. We are a lender located in San Diego - feel free to give us a call at 858-605-0952 to explore your home purchase or home refinance options.

Bank regulations allow them to be closed for only 3 days on a long weekend, not 4 days.

Most commercial banks (BofA, Wells, Citi, Chase, etc) are scheduled to be open on the 29th. However, many of the support departments will be working with skeleton staffing levels, and I have already heard from one Mortgage Banker that they will NOT be open at all on the 29th. Depending on what your needs are and why you are asking will determine if you have an issue. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Certified by the National Association of Mortgage Professionals and Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
