My wife has been at her current job for almost 2 years but she doesn't have very good credit. I'm self employed with well over 700+ credit. I have a good amount of debt and we are able to pay $1400 as monthly rent. What are our options when looking for a loan to buy a house? I've heard there are no income verification loans. Any idea as to who can give us that type of loan? by cabrilasfam5781 from Houston, Texas. Apr 25th 2017
No income verification loans are illegal, however that doesn't stop lenders from advertising them.. What might work is a lender who offers bank statements as proof of income.. 12 to 24 months programs are available.. Personal statements are best, but if you have to use business statements, then it probably wont work.. guidelines are very strict on business statement programs.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
