That is an excellent question. In order to answer this, we need to get more information from you. Rates are determined by credit, type of property, loan amount, the term, cash out vs rate and term, among other things. In order to assist you, feel free to contact me. Without looking at your complete loan scenario and profile, it's impossible for anyone here to say.. So many things go into loan pricing that without knowing the details we just can say... Credit score, derogatory credit items, foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy, income, debt to income, property type, loan amount, loan to value, etc, etc, etc.. I could go on and on but you get the picture.. no way to tell without you actually picking up the phone and calling a qualified mortgage professional, and after a short 5 minute interview, they should have enough information to give you an accurate quote.. no more guessing.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Adam;your question is not clear. You can shop for rate but make sure they look at your credit and income before they quote you a rate. make sure they don't keep on checking your credit.good luck
