What is considered a good credit score? anything above 700?

As Lew stated below, typically your best terms are at and above the 740 level. A 720 middle FICO score. Although some lenders will have better rates or less LLPA with a 740 or 760. ..... Happy funding, Rudi

740 will get you qualified for anything, but you can still get qualified with dings in rates for credit for anything below that. You can still qualify with 700 and below, but it will cost you and you better have a good debt to income ratio and down payment. You can always try to <a href="http://questfor700credit.com/">raise yourcredit score</a> through credit repair and paying down bills.
