My husband is in th marines but over seas. Can I get a house with him gone, but also using his information? It would be nice not to wait 7 months. Our credit scores are both in 700's by calkaliliy643993 from Salt Lake City, Utah. Jul 28th 2014
Yes you can! Contact a qualified VA insured loan broker or mortgage banker who does V A loans in Utah. I am employed by PRMI, a mortgage bank with corporate headquarters in Utah. I would be happy to refer someone experienced and competent in handling VA loans from there if you like! Just send me an emailvia my Profile. My division only does loans in California.
You definitely can! Remember that credit score is just one of the criteria.

Yes, you sure can potentially get a VA loan today in this situation. Contact a LOCAL experienced VA lender in your area for more details. In MN, WI, and SD, visit www.VA-IRRRL-Loan-MN.com
Hi Calkaliliy, Yes you can BUT there is one thing that could be a huge problem and that's what you husband's ETS shows on his LES. If he is within 12 months of separation from service it can be problem because of the way the VA guidelines for income are setup. What is your husband going to do when he gets home? Will he continue his active duty service? I specialize in VA financing. Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.
