Home is valued at 267k, my mortgage is currently 225k. Credit is great (820 middle score) and I've been making 65k a year for the past five years. I refinanced a couple years back, but the $6,000 closing costs killed me. I plan on living in this home for a little more than 4 years, so I read that a no cost would be good for me. I don't need cash out on top of the no cost, so what are my options rate wise (currently at a 6.5% rate) by trent._363_985 from Huntsville, Alabama. Dec 6th 2011
I would be glad to take a look at this for you and work up some options for you. Rates are in the middle 3s to low 4s so you should be able to save some money. And our closing costs are among the lowest in the industry. Give me a call to discuss. Tommy Peoples, Branch Manager, Southwest Funding, Daphne, AL 877-634-2390
You can certainely request a no cost refinance. You simply accept a higher mortgage rate and the lender pays all costs except the money neede to set up the new escrow account. You get the remaining ballance from current escrow account back from current mortgage holder usually with in 30 days. I can help you. I lend nationwide.
