There are many other things we would need to know to give you a more accurate # but if you are going to utilize the 100% VA loan then your title fees would be around 1800.00 and you will need to escrow your taxes and insurance so as an estimate take your property taxes divide by 2 and add that to the 1800 and take 3 months worth of homeowners insurance and add that to the 1800. You will also need to pay for an appraisal which will cost you anywhere from 400.00 to 500.00 I hope this helps. If you want more accurate info give us a call at 800-991-5309. We are also Homes for Heroes affiliates so you will get huge discounts as well. Go to HFHSavings.com type your name in and hit next to find out more, or just call us! I would be happy to go over everything with you, we are dedicated to our heroes and do many VA loansThanks,Michelle
