Looking for a FHA Streamline on a rental property.

I have a duplex I bought about 10 years ago, it is now fully rented out with a 6% rate. i believe I may be under water. Is there an FHA streamline refi i would be able to qualify for? Hopefully with low or no cost options by lewmin.h78773 from Elyria, Ohio. Oct 30th 2017 Reply

You should be able to refinance to a lower rate using the FHA streamline program. We have to disclose the property is a rental, therefore nothing can be rolled back into the new mortgage. Feel free to call me at 216-990-2148 Michael Zuren AMMC Mortgage NMLS 249573 LO 9157001

The beauty of the FHA streamline loan is that there is NO appraisal required, and you can roll all the costs into the loan. So contact a mortgage broker in your area to get started. For FHA streamline refinance loans in MN, WI, and SD, visit me at at http://streamline-refinance-mn.com

No appraisal required on FHA, so yes. it's very possible.. however, because it's investment, you might need to come out of pocket for some of the costs.. Try reaching out a qualified mortgage banker/broker.. once they look at your complete loan profile, they should be able to advise you.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
