Try reaching out to a mortgage broker.. they have access to numerous lenders with each one offering a different set of lending options.. where your typical big bank on the corner might only have a few.. Understand that the broker is experienced in seeking out the best terms for your specific loan scenario.. and even though MFH's are hard to find financing for, there are lending options out there in the broker community. Just by doing a general search one can more than a few lenders who are able to help you purchase a manufactured home.

I agree with William...you might want to reach out to a mortgage broker. I only do loans in California but we have an office in Nevada if you would like to be referred to them. Just contact me via my profile. One other way is to speak to a manufactured and mobile homes sales office. They need to be in the know for loans available other than the strict requirements of a loan per fannie mae, Freddie mac and FHA insured (i.e. must have a permanent foundation and you own the land underneath it.)
