Is your loan currently a VA loan? If so you may be able to do a streamline. If not there aren't any options other than trying to do a loan modification with your current lender.

You may be able to if you qualify for a refinance under the mortgage holder you are with currently. Question is how do you know you are under value for sure ?Have you used your VA benefits before and how many times? What is your credit score ? Lisa
