I would like to get a VA loan for a home in the 300-350k range using my military entitlement. My credit is not great, I think it's at 560 or so. Please let me know if I can still get qualified.

Hey Arthur.. I need much more info, and i'm available if you wish to talk, but lenders look at more than just one of your credit scores. First, we run a "Tri-Merge" credit report which has your scores for all 3 major bureaus.. and your loan pricing is based on the middle score. But the real question is "Why?" Why is your score so low.. without knowing more details it's impossible to say.. If you have 15 minutes, give me a call.. I can gather the necessary info and let you know immediately.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
