I am in bankruptcy and I am not behind in my payments but have a poor credit score can I get refinanced

As long as you have made 12 payments and haven't been late on your chapter 13 BK it may be possible to refinance rate and term only depending on the complete loan scenario. The trustee would need to approve it.

If you filed BK7, then once you have made 12 payments to the trustee and get their permission, you can apply, however you would still need to have sufficient credit scores to qualify.. it's best you contact a local mortgage broker, and let them look at your complete scenario.. only then will you know for sure..
