How can I get a cashout loan or refinance that can give me 70% of my current equity?

I know that's pretty high but it's going into my business and Ifor good return. Taking out 70% of my equity will bring me back up to 90% LTV. Last time my DTI was calculated it was in low 30's and my credit is 728 by leonafells78634694 from Bailey, Texas. Jan 27th 2015 Reply

If this is your primary residence, Texas law limits you to 80% LTV but I would be happy to discuss options with you. We do non-mortgage lending too. Nope.. not going to happen.. Texas restricts cash out refinance transactions to 80% LTV max.. (Texas A6 Laws).. As far as what your intend to do with the funds, it's really not an issue and rarely does the lender care.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
