To obtain any "Government Backed Mortgage" you can not have any defaulted Student Loans as they are likely also backed by the Government. Also, it would seem fair to say that if you have defaulted student loans, your credit score may not meet the requirements to obtain a mortgage. If you would like to work on this together, I'd be happy to see what I can do for you. Please send me a direct message offline to discuss this in more detail. Thank you!

Our company could be of assistance to you.. Student loans do not prevent you from acquiring Home loans provided you're sure about repayments. http://financialservices.mw.lt

Defaulted student loans are an automatic NO under government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA). Depending on the size and score, if they are small, you might get away with the default on conventional loans.
