It is a matter of timing, What are the considerations? There are options....of when etc. I need you to guide me down the right path, with all the steps.We have put an offer on a home in SC.

Maybe - a lender would need to know more specifics. VA loans are the toughest in terms of continuity of employment. You would likely be OK if you are contracting with the same company and the pay is the same. How long you have worked there would play in also. If VA wouldn't work other loan types may. Reach out to a local lender as soon as possible. Good Luck
