USDA is underwriting in under 30 days.. Last 3 in our office took 24 days... but this is USDA.. add in the turn times of your lender on top of the USDA underwriting turn time, and you're looking at close to 2 months start to finish... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

If you call the office where your loan is being underwritten will determine the processing time. Have you called that office?

You would need to ask the company that is doing your loan. All banks have different turn times depending on how busy they are.

Are you working directly with the USDA, or through a Mortgage Broker?

We're working with a mortgage broker. The file is about to go to USDA (has been underwritten at the mortgage company). I was just curious what everyone is seeing as far as USDA's turn times.
