There's so much info missing that it's impossible to answer your question.. Having two mortgages is not a problem... having them at 125% LTV could be... are you trying to refinance both mortgages?? Which type of loan are they now?? FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional? Are they HARP eligible?? How's your credit?? Again,,, just way too much info missing.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Yes. Reverse Mortgages don't take those things into consideration.

Do you have more than one property? If you are 62+ a reverse mortgage may be an option, but I do need more info (askflorian@gmail.com).

depending on what type and when the mortgage was originated, if qualifying only the first would be allowed to be refinanced up to 200% CLTV. Call me 260-433-1260, to discuss I will help today or over the weekend to advise you on your particular situation. I look forward to the opportunity to be of service.
