Yes... But the condo project has to be FHA approved. If it is not on the approved list, then NO. You can search to see if the Association is approved by going to this web site. https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm

FHA does allow for the purchase of a unit in approved condo projects. Contact a local lender for more details or to verify if a project is FHA approved.
