Yes.. Absolutely.. so long as you have met the minimum enlistment time requirements for your type of service, then yes.. you can use your VA benefits to purchase a home.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893

Hi Stanlee88851 - Thank you for your service! Yes, as long as you have served 90 consecutive days actively, you'll likely be able to use it. The VA always has to make the final call on Eligibility, but we have access to their portal to get that COE issued for you quickly and at no cost. Full eligibility details are found here: http://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchaseco_eligibility.asp and if you want to get a free pre-approval started, you can get that going at CloseWithMichael.com/GetStarted - MC

You sure can s long as you meet the minimum requirements. I used VA entitlement on my last loan and got a much better rate than I would have on a conventional loan at the time. Of course it sounds as though you probably wish to make a home purchase and may use your full benefits to put no money down. Obviously, some of the other commenters provide VA loans as do I. Happy to be of assistance.
