Yes if it is permanent disability. it can also be grossed up 125%

Yes it can. The trick however, is that you need to prove continuance for at least 3 years. Some disability benefits have to be renewed annually, so this could cause you some grief. If yours renews annually don't give up however. If you can prove that your disability isn't going to get better and that's the condition of continuance you will likely be OK. Do yourself a favor and find a Loan Officer that has worked with a borrower like this before - it is a tough case to make.
