80% loan to value, need jumbo cash out refi. Credit score is 710.

I have several options that go to 80% LTV, if it is a single family residence. Condos and PUDs are limited to a 75% LTV. They require a minimum 740+ fico and the debt to income ratio is capped at 35%. Also, the max cash out allowed is $250,000. If the cashout is greater than $250,000 I may have come other options.
