I am a control freak when it comes to the loan process. I make it a point to look over every detail of the clients profile from credit, income, assets and the circumstances or the personality of the loan transaction. I am involved from the beginning, I know the guidelines, I listen to my client's wants and needs and I know how to structure the loan accordingly. I want the full picture. I don't like surprises so I ask a lot of questions and I want my clients to understand how things work so I encourage their questions. I want my clients to feel more educated and knowledgeable in their loan process. I like to keep everyone informed on the loan process on a weekly basis. I am hands on all the way to the closing table.
I work exclusively by referral so honesty, integrity, dependability and customer service are very important to me. I strive to provide my clients and agents with the best experience and good communication before, during and after the loan process. The clients and the agents I work with are my source of business so I make myself available to both even after hours and on weekends.

My specialty is VA. I love this loan. Some people still think that VA is a hard loan to do. This couldn't be further from the truth. VA is one of the easiest loans to do if they are a veteran or active duty and they fit the guidelines. They are better off with a VA loan. VA is the only loan program that offers 100% no money down on a purchase with any mortgage insurance.
The loan programs that I offer for purchasing a home are Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA. I also have CHFA and CHAC available to those customers that need down payment assistance.
I can offer the same Conventional, FHA and VA loans to customers who need to refinance.
We do the new HARP 2.0 which was recently set up by the government to help those people in conventional loans owned by Fannie Mae to refinance their homes even if they own more than it is worth. This program does not require an appraisal which is huge and so far is helping home owners to lower their rate and payment placing them in a better position for the future.
With FHA and VA refinances there is the Streamline process which is designed to keep the process simple. The Streamline in most cases does not require an appraisal and can be done with no closing costs depending on the rate that the borrower picks.
Let's face it; everyone has to qualify these days. You have to meet the guidelines of the type of loan you are taking out. That is what I do for my customers. I encourage people to get pre-approved first. Make sure that they are qualified before they go shopping for a home. Then they can shop in confidence knowing what they are qualified for.
