Kevin has over 19 years of lending experience including Commercial, Construction, Consumer, Private Banking and Mortgage Lending. During his seven years in Mortgage Banking, Kevin has assisted hundreds of clients with various programs including Conventional, Jumbo, Government (FHA, VA, IFA and USDA), Construction/Renovation. Kevin has the experience and knowledge to provide the best financing solutions available to help his clients meet their financial goals with the exceptional service they deserve.

Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Drake University and a BBA in Finance from Iowa State University. Kevin is a member of the Iowa Mortgage Association's Winner's Circle Club. He resides in Clive with his wife, Cheryl, and his three children and two step-children. He stays involved in their sporting activities and enjoys volunteering for Cub Scouts, Meals from the Heartland, church mission ministries and health related charities.
