You will usually need at least 25% down depending upon credit score and type of property. Some lenders may allow the seller to "carry-back" a second mortgage for the remaining 15%.

Yes... But most lenders require at least 20%. Our 10% down investment loan requires excellent credit (over 720). This is just one loan, not two... Unfortunately, we do not lend in IA. www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net
