We created an approach to the mortgage loan process that makes people happy. Quick responses, accurate answers, and actual rates and fees that customers can rely on when making loan decisions.

90% of our customers are referrals from past customers. It is the highest compliment we can receive when our customers tell their family and friends about the wonderful service we provide. Our high quality service results from decades in the mortgage industry and our customer first approach to business.

I am a branch manager for ENG Lending, which is a division of Bank of England located in England, Arkansas (Not the British bank), Our bank was formed in 1898 and has a long history of helping farmers feed the world. We never took TARP funds and are one of the most financially stable institutions around. We are able to lend in all 50 states. Although we've been around for awhile, you will find we still talk to our customers on the telephone and don't pass them off to a far away processing center. All of our loans are processed in-house, a you will be working directly with my staff during the entire process. (Unlike others, we do not sell your name and information to anybody!)

A bit of personal info: I graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Psychology (1985), the University of Colorado Business School (MBA '87) and University of Denver College of Law ('89). I am married (18 years now) with two beautiful daughters.

Very Happy with Service
I called John and he was able to answer my question fully. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Highly knowledgeable and very friendly
I was delighted to work with John and his staff. They helped me understand all my options and had the best rates of any of the five lenders I contacted. Most importantly to me, he took the time to explain his recommendations and educated me on the mortgage process. I feel very confident in my decision to purchase a new home and no longer fear the horror stories I have heard from other people who used other mortgage companies.
