I have been a mortgage originator in Southern California for more than 16 years. Prior to entering the mortgage industry in 2001, I worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions from 1980 to 2001 ranging from business development/software sales and professional sports marketing to radio/media advertising sales and oilfield pipe sales. Pretty diverse, I would say. Each position has given me the necessary experience, skills and aptitude to succeed in my current profession as a mortgage originator. But above all, being a mortgage originator has been the best, most rewarding career I have had -- primarily because of the incredible people I have had the pleasure to meet and do business with along the way. There is nothing I would rather do!

My primary sales/marketing focus is in the Orange County and Los Angeles County markets where there is a strong need for trustworthy, reliable lenders who can meet the growing demands of both buyers and Realtors. I still maintain a solid base of Realtors and buyers in the San Diego and Riverside County area, as well. I work with a variety of buyers but work mainly with first-time and move-up buyers, as well as investors. My loan focus is on conventional, VA, FHA and Jumbo products.
