I am a veteran of the mortgage industry, with over 36+ years of experience and expertise in lending, management, and appraising. I am also a former IL Financial Planner, which I believe brings extra insight and value to my clients, from our first meeting when we talk credit and plans for buying through actual mortgage closing, and beyond.

Maybe because I have 2 sons of my own that are at the "first-time home buyer" age, I especially enjoy working with those hoping to position themselves for a first-time home. Helping them improve and polish their credit standing is especially rewarding.

Advances in technology have made transacting business quite different then when I first started in this business. It has literally made transactions taking place across the nation possible. True, the old-fashioned face-to-face does not occur as often as it used to</span>. But personal is still possible and "face-to-face" is possible with Skype. So the manner in which business is conducted may have changed. The personal attention and eye to detail and service, has not. Even after 36 years, I am still learning ... and still look forward to each and every new client and opportunity to earn their respect and their business.
