- 650 min FICO score (as low as 600 on deals under $500K)

- LTV up to 75%

- Funding 1 to 4 unit properties as well, must be non-owner occ, owned by a Corp/LLC, under $500K and up to 65% LTV


Full Doc

- $500K to 10 Million

- fixed 3, 5, 7 & 10 year terms with rates starting from 4.4% to 5.4%

- 30 yr amortization on multi-family, 25 yr on commercial

- 680 min FICO score

- LTV on multi-family 80%, commercial 75%


Bridge

-interest only option

- up to 65%LTV

- case by case basis
