You will need to contact the commercial lending departments and I recommend local community banks. Bangor Savings has some decent commercial products. Also I recommend contacting more than one as commercial rates and terms can vary widely from bank to bank. Unlike residential lending, which bases the decision on the income/credit of the borrower, commercial lenders pay more attention to the property and the income it generates. I hope this helps!
