Best suggestion is to find a Hard Money Lender/Private Money Broker who is licensed in the state of Florida. Most Brokers or Lenders who are licensed in one state (such as myself, for state of California) can't do out of state. I suggest searching on Google or Craigslist for legit Lenders. Search...

if I was a victim of predatory lending and talked into a libor loan that has now ballooned to an unmanageable payment as well as the 2nd being in arrears. can I find a lenxer to roll everything into one manageable payment. ive been told no one would do that. the house is worth more than is owed or in other words it keeps going up in value but because of the unwillingness of the 2nd to work out a payment plan I was told I couldnt refi. even though the home is far from being underwater or upside down rather.please
