All matters related to interaction between the company and our business and lending partners are overseen by me. Disputes, whether initiated by regulators, consumers, and/or vendors are also addressed by me. I oversee general R.E.S.P.A/H.U.D., and State of Indiana Mortgage Loan Broker Act compliance. I am responsible for instituting and training staff on policy and protocol changes to ensure compliance with current and new matters of regulatory law. I serve as company controller including accounts receivable and accounts payable (QuickBooks) and head of human resources.
