I found Greg here while I was already in contract on a home. I was working with my local bank and was shocked when I saw the rates being advertised here. My bank told me that the rates were fake and that I would never get them but I gave it a try anyway. What I found was a revelation, I managed to close a full half percent lower than what I had been offered previously and with $300 less in total fees. I was warned that my loan would never close and that the quality of service would be terrible, none of that was true. Great Service
Greg was very informative and was able to get us the rate we were looking for and locked very quickly. He returned emails almost immediately and was available whenever I had a question. From my experience with brokers, his service is way above par.
