Cash-out Refi's are on the rise; since 2017 and into 2018. The spike in refi's, analyst say, were a simmer red flag right before the great recession. The shar jumps have been highest since 2006, 50 percent in 2017 and 61 percent in 2018. This past weekend, it was announced that US/China tariff deadline would be extended. Mortgage delinquencies have been improving across the board. These improvements were seen in Q4-2018, after the hurricane and wildfire devastation Q2 & Q3-2018. Q3-2018 many of these states experienced delinquency spikes. Mortgage rates continued to drop through today, ending this week at their lowest levels. Yesterday was the first day in a year we saw the lowest rates. Not too bad for the first 45 days into the year!    ...
