Homebuyers want to know if they should wait until after the holidays to lock in their rates. Black Friday and Christmas shopping are among us and the affect is likely to stimulate economic stability. Positive data could inspire higher rates if the Feds consider tapering. However, experts predict tapering will wait until April. If rates are safe for now, is the new-year ideal for a new home.
