Poll: Short sale or foreclosure?

Delinquent payments are still frequent among homeowners, according to the MBA’s National Delinquency Survey. However, these numbers have declined to 2007 levels. Each of these options provide unique pros and cons regarding the home, equity, credit and eligibility to buy again. If necessary, which alternative is better?
