FHA in Jeopardy because of Budget Crisis

Unless Congress comes up with new money by midnight Friday, the federal government will shut down — and along with it the Federal Housing Administration and its popular mortgage insurance programs. A budget deal which is in the works to extend government operations would only postpone the shut down by another two weeks.
