Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac this past week refused to submit referrals to law firm David J. Stern PA, a Florida company that specializes in mortgages and foreclosures.  The firm is under heavy suspicion for improper management of foreclosure cases.  A witness from within the firm, former administrative assistant Kelly Scott, spoke out recently regarding thousands of foreclosures processed without sufficient review.  It is suspected that thousands of homeowners have been evicted without just cause as a result of this and other fraudulent activity.
