Summer Brings Sales - In Foreclosures III

Well, here it is, Thursday -- when these notices usually come out on Friday -- but this is to let everyone know that there was a (one) foreclosure notice in the paper (TNT) this morning.

It was interesting to see only ONE notice -- until I realized most of them show up on Friday.

This notice of foreclosure is for a sale that will be taking place next week on Friday, July 19th, as the normal place. Usually this kind of notice would show up tomorrow. Don't know if the person tasked with inserting in the paper just put the wrong print date request in, or if they were just trying to make sure the listing showed up before the required date.

It will be interesting to see how many more listings there are tomorrow.
