For those who are outside the mortgage field, you may not have heard, but rates generally deteriorated today -- our home office, as well as some brokering companies sent us at two notices of rates moving up. The real reason for this probably won't be clear for a day or two, but if you are floating your rate lock, you might want to keep floating it, for few more days on basic view that we should stabilize, possibly back in the lower level we were previously at.
