No I am not talking about the guys with solid color shirts who sing to children. I mean WIGGLE room, this is what lenders need to provide to homeowners who are trying so hard to get hard numbers when getting their current mortgage refinanced. Its not brain science but their is a science. Back in the day before computers and financial discrepancies people actually could calculate with a pencil and paper and be within a few dollars of payment and cost to take a loan out. Now adays you get quoted one thing and the actual charges are another. Fighting loan to value and income verification to balancing the escrow accounts when the taxes and insurance are due, all there when pinpointing details. What about turntimes, actually fitting the square peg into the round hole for liftoff. Then there is the title company who is ready to schedule and hand out calenders but the details are not cemented. I vote that all lenders give a + or - when telling individuals it is time to play ball. Wiggle a little will you!
