3.An Expert Witness - We've all seen the courtroom dramas where the expert witness takes the stand and offers up some really convicting evidence about the person who committed the crime in the courtroom that day. Well, you want a mortgage lender who is like that, not one that gets you convicted of a crime, but one who will answer the questions they are asked directly and completely.

4.A Counselor - Licensed Professional counselors help people with their problems, but to do that they must sincerely want to see you get to your goal. They can't come off as merely a problem solver, or a nosey person. They have to be invested in you achieving your goals! Your mortgage lender should make you feel like they want you to get into your home (refinanced, or whatever your mortgage goal.)
