Today I am happy to write that I am working with the State of Arizona in helping homeowners access Principal Reduction funds with my HARP program. W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital is the only lender approved to do so in the state of Arizona!
Success Story #1 - Homeowners owed $178,000 on their mortgage. We secured them $88,000 from the State of Arizona and are getting them a new mortgage for $90,000 at current market rate.
Upon qualifying for the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), a homeowner is able to refinance to a current market rate. The State of Arizona then comes in and analyzes the homeowner to determine if they qualify for up to $100,000.00 in principle reduction bringing their mortgage to 100% of the current home value. In the scenario above, you can see how this works.
To qualify for the HARP program, your current mortgage must be owned or insured by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and must have been in their system prior to June of 2009.
