Here are some of the things we look for in order to lend on a manufactured property:
Client must own the land and property. (Land can be owned separately from the property.)
Property must be on a permanent foundation.
If you have well and septic, they must be at least 50 feet apart and 100 feet from the house.
Property must be a double wide or larger.
Property must be built after 1978.
Property cannot have moved more than once.

Information for all open loans, debts, liens etc.
Complete information for other real estate you own
approximate value of all personal property
Past 2 check stubs and your W-2 forms (past two years)
Personal tax returns (past two years), current income statement and business balance sheet for self-employed individuals.
