Wednesday, December 12, 2012 - Article by: nationwidelenderforyou - AFG - Message

I offer HARP 2.0 on single family residences, condominiums and MANUFACTURED homes. Yes, that is right I offer HARP 2.0 on MANUFACTURED HOMES nationwide. (Feel free to call me at 800 315 8803 to discuss your loan scenario 7 days a week. or visit us at www.bartprequalifies.com

The Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) allows homeowners, the opportunity to refinance to today's low interest rates, although their home has little or no equity. This program is designed to assist homeowners that have been making their mortgage payments on time. Unfortunately, many lenders do not offer HARP 2.0 on manufactured homes, but I do! (Contact us at 800 315 8803 to discuss your loan scenario 7 days a week.)

The eligibity is simple:oThe mortgage must be owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae.
oThe mortgage must have been sold to Fannie Mae on or before May 31, 2009.
oThe mortgage cannot have been refinanced under HARP previously unless it is a Fannie Mae loan that was refinanced under HARP from March-May, 2009.
oThe current loan-to-value (LTV) ratio must be greater than 80%.
oThe borrower must be current on the mortgage at the time of the refinance, with a good payment history in the past 12 months.

As with any mortgage the manufactured homeowner will need to qualify for the program. So a full application will need to be taken and the file underwritten. Please remember with any loan there are ccosts involved.

If you own a manufactured home and you need a HARP 2.0 loan, now is the time, because the program ends December 31, 2013!

Please contact me at 800 315 8803 to discuss your HARP 2.0 loan. I am available 7 days a week.
