When we are talking about a Survey in Seattle we are not talking about questioning a lot of people for their opinion. We are talking about a land survey. You can always reach me here for questions.
So what is a survey? It is a depiction on a map of real property. The survey is performed by a licensed surveyor and it identifies the boundaries of a parcel of land.
There are different types of surveys available. One type is an ALTA survey. This type of survey identifies the location of all improvements, encroachments, and other issues affecting the property.
Depending on the property and the type of legal description; the title company may require a survey.
There are many other instances that would require a survey: Lot line adjustment, dividing a parcel of property, and new construction.
Seattle is known for their coffee. Ever wonder how many coffee shops are located in Seattleclick here for an estimate.
