This program designed by the USDA to help borrowers in eligible states with a current RD mortgage to obtain more affordable interest rates and monthly payments with limited documentation requirements. I believe this program will eventually expire in the next couple months.

Eligible borrowers:

Current Guaranteed Loan

- Have have a minimum 620 credit score

- Meet current income eligibility requirements

- NO APPRAISAL

- Reside in an eligible area at the time of original loan closing .

- Must have made timely mortgage payments for 12 months
